$210.00 per hour includes 1 Windows 11 laptop with MS PowerPoint and HDMI display projector (up to 2k resolution) Includes an on site tech during your event for 100% event monitoring. Screens and house audio to be provided by the venue or add screen and sound package. (sound and mic and mixer package add-ons required if Web broadcasting). Add 2nd HDMI display projector (up to 2k resolution) additional $95.00 per room per day. |

Prices shown are al-la-cart. All packages can be combined or used individually upon your specific needs. All microphone packages offer the option of lavalear, headset or hand held wireless microphones. All sound systems are 800w 4 channel systems that will fill rooms up to 500 persons. All projectors are 4000+ lumin and will fill the 180in diagonal screens.
* The Visual Package is the base package for all live events. This package includes all of the basic audio - visual equipmnet needed for a single room event. This package includes 100% on site tech services to ensure your event runs as you expect without the worrie.
** This starting price including the set up/take down for each package is considering the event is held within the Jeffco, Denver Metro South West, North West Arrapahoe County areas. Locations out of these areas are subject to additional travel fees. Set up/Take down for multi room events must be quoted. |
